Framing & Mounting

At Castle Photography we offer a full framing service.  A large stock of ready made quality photograph and gift frames is available.

The correct mounting and framing can greatly enhance your image.  They can make a good image a great image.

Our Dedicated Framing workshop fitted out with Vacuum Presses, Jet mounter Roller Press, Morso Mitre Guillotine and a Keen cut Ultimat Mount Cutter enables the highest quality frames to be made to your exact specification.

The Hand Cut Mounting service ensures the greatest of accuracy in the cutting of your selected mount board.  Single, Double, Triple and Multiple aperture mounts are all cut individually, from a large selection of colours to compliment the image and frame.

Images can be laminated behind a gloss, matt or canvas effect for the preservation and security of the image.

Canvas prints can be wrapped with a 1” or 2” wrap or mounted and framed. The canvas wraps can be framed in our range of specialist mouldings to give a sleek and elegant presentation.  All Canvas prints are laminated in our Hot Glass Vacuum Press before stretching to ensure a long life and colour preservation of the image.

For a Modern Presentation a range of Acrylic Frames are available or a float method of mounting is available either within the frame so the image seems to be floating in the frame, or mounted on Foam board with a foam spacer behind the mount so it appears to be floating away from the wall.

We recommend that you bring your image into the shop and we will discuss with you the options available.  Choosing the mounts and frame mouldings is far easier when it is visualised next to the image.
